I get this call almost everyday and a different person each time. SCAM! I will not give them credit card, bank card or my bank account information. I want this to stop! They keep trying to rip me off. Scam, scam, scam.

Just got a call that someone was filing a claim against me. My guess is it's a scam, since there is really no legal actions you could take against me or anyone I know!! I don't answer but they call from multiple numbers and leave the same message.
